1 Services
Raven Junk Removal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and related services in and around Huntsville, TX. The scope of each job will be agreed upon before service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse removal of items that are hazardous, illegal, or otherwise unsafe to transport, including but not limited to: chemicals, asbestos, biological waste, firearms, and explosives.
2 Estimates & Payment
All estimates are based on the volume, weight, and nature of items described or shown at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual load differs materially from the estimate.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as stated at time of booking.
- Returned checks will incur a $35 returned-check fee.
3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4 Access & Property
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the items and areas where work is to be performed. You represent that you have the legal right or authority to authorize removal of all items presented to us.
While our crew takes every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, floors, driveways, or other surfaces. Any concerns should be noted before work begins.
5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Junk Removal's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
